PowerPoint Presentation

     Our 4th meeting before the unit test, Sir rainer discussed about how to do a better presentation in PowerPoint. Before he discussed it, we failed to do our TUP-T internet policy assignment that will be presented. So, sir rain discussed about the PowerPoint presentation on how we do a better presentation. He gave some tips on how we do it, like be creative. Flat colors are nice in the presentation that will provide a beautiful presentation. Use a good font to see in the back, big fonts are nice to be see. Text is evil, so you need to summarize the text and create one idea. Images will do a beautiful presentation it will help too. Then discussed that sir rainer gave some tips in PowerPoint presentation like 10-20-30, 10 slides only, 20 minutes, and 30-point font. Then the 1-6-6, 1 main idea, 6 bullet points and 6 words per bullet. These tips given by sir rainer will help us to create more effectively in PowerPoint presentations.
          After that discussion, we watch a movie where the movie we will create a movie analysis, the title of the movie was “Searching”. The movie was nice and full of scenery that make you excited what will happen next. We watched it silently and some of the scene was intense because the daughter of David Kim was lost and he was the investigator even he had an investigator, he helped for searching his daughter. I realized after we watch that technology is important now, it will help you to search for everything you need. It will help you to find your lost love ones. Even in the school it will help you in daily activities. I salute in the movie because he not gives up to find his daughter Margot, the technology plays in our life and technology create a new world. Technology is the only way to search everything you need or to find, just search it and after that it will show results you’ve search. After that we do our analysis, it is hand written type. So, we analyze it because it fresh to our mind what happen in the movie. After I finished, I passed my paper and sir rain told us that after we finish the movie analysis. We will go home.

Unit Test 1 in TTL 1

UNIT TEST 1      In this week, we had a unit test for this subject technology teaching and learning 1. Some of my classmate were aren't ready for this test and to be honest even I reviewed some of the lesson, the exam was difficult. The exam was all essays, the essays was all about our lessons, the questions and the last part was difficult because I forgot to review the Ched Memorandum Order.       Some of my classmates was finish the exam fast, I find it difficult because maybe I am lack of review the lessons. I realized in the end that we need some time and fresh mind to review the lesson and review the important part including the ched memorandum order that I was missed to answer. I felt that I missed a lot of points because of the last part of the test. QR Code in Teaching

Ways to Integrate QR Code in Teaching      This week, we discussed again the QR code and give some recitations for those who don't have recitations yet. We use the QR code for the activity, we scanned some QR code in the presentations of sir rainier and inside of the QR code is the questions that the students need to answer. In this case, we need some fast smartphones to read fast the qr code in the front.      After that sir give the ways to integrate qr code in teaching, the qr code is so very helpful in the field of teaching. This application needs smartphones and install the app that can read the qr code and then we are ready for any activities that the teacher that will gave using the qr code. I think in other countries the qr code was very used in their technology, because you can insert what ever in the qr code like personal information, websites, quotes, etc. After that we also discussed the learning portfolio.
